SUMMARY:Facebook live Laura Jones - Talking Scrap - Community Scrapstore
DESCRIPTION:The Community Scrapstore is an Aladdin’s cave full of marvellous and sometimes quirky resources that will fire the imagination and spark creativity and play. They divert tonnes of materials from landfill each year by collecting clean\, safe waste products from local businesses and industry to enable it to be made available for reuse through their store.\n\n\nFrom the scrapstore – We believe that reducing the amount of new resources that are consumed has a positive effect on the environment.  By diverting clean and safe business waste from landfill\, we are able to offer those materials at low cost to be reused for creative purposes and play.  We also believe that creativity and play help to support good mental health and wellbeing\, and stimulate imagination.  There is no ‘right’ way to use the resources; what can be made from them is limitless. \n\nLaura Jones will be answering your questions on a Facebook live event hosted by Weston-super-Mare Town Council’s Facebook page. Please send your questions in advance to the discussion for this event. https://www.facebook.com/WsMTC
