Your feedback is important to us.
The Town Council provides a range of services and facilities to the town. We own and manage the Blakehay Theatre, Weston Museum and Milton Road Cemetery, we provide public conveniences and floral displays around the town. We maintain the Water Park and play areas within parks, and are responsible for tourism, the Visitor Information Centre, and more.
We are strongly influenced by what local people have to say about Weston. We are keen to listen and respond to suggestions and concerns which are brought to our attention which can help us plan and prioritise our budgets.
We have created a short survey for you to provide feedback on the services that you use.

“Your Town, Your Voice” Survey
In an ongoing commitment to ensure that Weston Town Council’s priorities reflect our community’s needs and values, we’ve launched the “Your Town, Your Voice” survey – a seasonal, quarterly survey initiative designed to collect timely and relevant feedback from residents.
The Why Behind Seasonal Surveys
Historically, the feedback surveys faced two main challenges:
- Length and Completion Time: Many residents found the survey overwhelming, often taking up to 50 minutes to complete.
- Seasonal Mismatches: Topics like Christmas lights or summer park facilities didn’t feel relevant year-round.
To address these issues, we’ve tailored each seasonal survey to reflect current or recent events and initiatives. This allows us to focus on areas that are most relevant at the time, such as Christmas lights in winter or park maintenance in summer.
December to February – Winter Survey
