About the facilitators
Park Yoga is a national initiative where yoga sessions take place across the country at 9:30 on Sundays. This is funded by Natural England and Park Yoga.

Mindfulness/Nature connection – With Steve Clark. Very relaxed and informal. Funded by Weston Town Council using a Natural England grant.
Yoga in the Park combines the ancient practice of yoga with the healing power of nature. By doing park yoga, you can experience the incredible benefits of connecting with nature, breathing fresh air, reducing stress, improving physical fitness, and fostering a sense of community.
Connecting mindfulness with nature:
By practising mindfulness amidst nature, you can fully immerse yourself in the natural environment, connecting with the earth beneath your feet and the sun on your skin.
Fresh Air and Vitality:
Unlike indoor spaces, parks provide an abundance of oxygen, which increases brain function, boosts energy levels, and improves overall mental clarity. Breathing in fresh air revitalises your body, leaving you feeling energised and rejuvenated.
Community and Social Connection:
These group events are an excellent opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for health and wellness, share experiences, and build lasting friendships.
