Ellenborough Park and Clarence Park
A short stroll through the quieter bit of town, taking in the peaceful green spaces of Ellenborough Park and continuing to Clarence Park. There will be a short ‘mindful breathing’ session with this walk, a useful easy technique to lower stress and anxiety and calm the mind.
How to Book
These walks are fully funded by VANS, so they are all free. You can just turn up at the start place at the time. Nearly all of them start at 12 noon, but check the details of your walk.
