The Mayor attended the VJ75 Service of Thanksgiving on Saturday 15th August.
The Service was held at the 1939-45 War Memorial in Grove Park and conducted by the Royal British Legion Chaplain, Revd Ian Girling.
Wreaths were laid by the Mayor and representatives from HMS Flying Fox, Weston-super-Mare Branches of the Royal British Legion and RAF Association.
