We want our community conversations to be accessible to everyone. If you are unable to complete an online survey, please contact us and we will do our best to provide an alternative format or support you to take part. You can always pop into our offices for a paper copy.

If you need translated materials or support accessing information in another language, please get in touch with us. We will work with you to find the best way to support your participation.

We aim to use venues that are welcoming and accessible wherever possible. Accessibility information for each event or venue will be shared in advance where available. If you have specific access requirements or questions, please contact us before attending and we will be happy to help.

Your feedback helps us understand community views, shape projects and inform future decisions. We will endeavour to share updates on what we heard and how feedback has influenced outcomes. We use a “you said, we did” approach.

Yes. We want to hear from people of all ages and backgrounds and will work with schools, youth groups and community organisations where possible.

This will depend on the type of engagement activity, but we will always explain how your information will be used and handled before you take part.
