About John Parker:
- Current Role: CEO of the Arboricultural Association
- Past Roles: Technical Director at the Arboricultural Association (Aug 2019 – Jul 2021)
- Leadership: President of the UK & Ireland chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture
- Global Influence: Member of the European Forum on Urban Forestry International Steering Group and UK representative on the European Arboricultural Council
- Expertise: Chartered Environmentalist, Chartered Forester, Associate Member of the Royal Society of Biology
- Acclaimed Speaker: Frequent presenter at national and international conferences, including a TED Talk titled “Why Trees are Better than People” (available on YouTube)
