Pilates Fusion & Deep Stretch With Jo
Wednesdays at 6.15pm & Thursdays at 12.30pm from June 14th until mid September
A calming and therapeutic hour of movement and stretching to help you feel stronger and more flexible – suitable for everyone and totally free, no booking required!
Please bring a mat or rug, and drinking water. If you are concerned about ticks you may want to wear long sleeves and leggings, as we do spend time exercising and stretching while sitting and lying on the mat. If you need to you can bring a camping chair to help with the transfer from standing to sitting on the ground.
Under 16s must be accompanied.
