Weston Town Council will be opening the chapel at Milton Road Cemetery as a reflective space during the week of Holocaust Memorial Day 2023. Members of the public are welcome to visit between 10am and 3pm from the 23-27th January.

Information will be on display regarding the Holocaust; genocides that followed in Cambodia, Bosnia and Darfur; and contemporary events that affect people both locally and globally. Visitors are invited to reflect on those who have been impacted by genocide, and on the importance of anti-racist attitudes in preventing future atrocities.

The chapel is located at the top of the cemetery. The upper entrance (Bristol Road Lower, opposite the junction of Eastfield Gardens) is only a short walk from the chapel.
