Staff

Council officers are paid members of staff (not elected councillors). They are led by the Town Clerk and are responsible for putting Council policies into action and managing the day-to-day delivery of Town Council services.

We have 45 permanent staff, supported by casual and seasonal employees. Together, they advise and support the 31 elected town councillors.

Our Senior Management Team includes the CEO / Town Clerk, the Director of Community Services / Deputy Town Clerk and the Director of Finance and Resources.

Below is a full list of the key Town Council staff who manage and deliver services on behalf of councillors.
