Weston-super-Mare Town Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from experienced and qualified organisations to manage and operate the café at the Old Town Quarry.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter for the Quarry, with a refreshed site due to reopen in summer 2025. We’re looking for an organisation with a strong track record in similar operations and the skills to successfully run a seven-day-a-week café that enhances the overall visitor experience.

- Proven experience in café or hospitality management.
- Capability to operate seven days a week.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality, inclusive service.
